Karri Goscinski, Founder of Peartree Property Group
Ever since a visit when I was a little girl, living in Colorado was always a dream of mine. I was immediately drawn to the beautiful landscape, wonderfully kind people and amazing food. After living all over the United States, my family and I now have the good fortune of calling Colorado our home.
My love for helping others has lead the way throughout my career. While working with an amazing group of humans at John Paul Mitchell systems for nearly a decade, my love of serving others was inspired by the philanthropic and generous spirit of John Paul DeJoria. These philosophies have strongly carried over into my Real Estate business as I am always looking for ways to give back to our wonderful community. A Precious Child is a foundation dear to my heart that assists families in Colorado facing difficult life challenges. We continue to raise money, collect needed items and raise awareness for the foundation and a portion of all home sales are donated to the organization. Real Estate is a beautiful way to give back to those in our own backyards.
I’ve had the pleasure of leading two high producing Real Estate teams in the Bay Area while assisting more than 300 families in reaching their Real Estate goals. I also had the opportunity to lead the charge on getting homes ready to go to market. I enjoyed working alongside home owners to create a plan on how to best showcase their homes. I would recommend cost effective repairs/updates, schedule vendors and inspections, ensure projects were completed, schedule staging and cleaning, have the home beautifully photographed and SO MUCH MORE! It’s a joy to support my clients through one of the most exciting (and stressful) experiences of their lives. Whether buying, selling or investing, my service is aimed at helping YOU win! Our sons Leo, age 7, and James, age 3, love to swim, dance, play outside and scooter around our neighborhood. Our Schnauzer, Zoe, age 9, loves to bark and chase the squirrels and bunnies in our backyard. You can find my husband and I enjoying live music (in pre-Covid times), having a nice glass of wine or watching a good movie.
